Heating: Microwave the compress for 20 seconds. If additional heat is desired, continue in 5-second increments, ensuring the total heating time does not exceed 30 seconds.

Temperature Check: Always perform a touch test by placing the compress against the inside of your wrist to ensure it's comfortably warm and not too hot.

Application: Position the compress over closed eyes for 1015 minutes. For optimal comfort, use while reclined. The adjustable strap can be used to secure the mask, but avoid tightening it excessively to prevent pressure on the eyes. Alternatively, the compress can be used without the strap.
