Order confirmations are automatically emailed to the address on file for all orders placed online at amconlabs.com.

In most cases, orders weighing less than 1lb are shipped via USPS and orders over 1 lb are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited and alternate shipping methods are available upon special request. Contact an Amcon Sales Representative at 800-255-6161 for more information.

All temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals designated as "insulated ship" items are shipped via UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air. These shipments are packed in FDA-compliant insulated packaging with cold packs to help maintain safe temperatures during transit.

Standard 2nd Day Shipping (Mon-Wed, excluding holidays. Rates may vary for orders shipped to AK, HI, or PR):

• 1-3 bottles: $15.95

• 4-11 bottles: $19.95

• 12+ bottles: Free Shipping

Expedited (Next Day) Shipping (Mon-Wed, excluding holidays. Rates may vary for orders shipped to AK, HI, or PR):

• 1+ bottles: $35.00 (flat rate)

Important Notes:

• Insulated ship items must ship separately from other items in the same order; this will result in separate shipping charges

• You may mix and match insulated ship items to maximize shipping value

• During warmer months, cold packs may lose cooling capacity in the final stages of transit. As long as the product is refrigerated upon delivery, its efficacy is preserved.

Insulated refrigerated items from Amcon use validated packaging and gel packs to maintain product integrity, but they can feel warm to the touch after transit. This warmth is due to normal heat absorption and does not always indicate spoilage. Shipments remain safe as long as they’re received and placed into recommended refrigeration (typically 2–8 °C / 35–46 °F) within 48 hours of leaving our facility.

When evaluating pharmaceutical shipping guidelines, you may encounter two temperature specifications:

• Storage Temperature (the temperature range for long-term storage)
• Transient Temperature (the permissible higher temperature exposure during shipping)

These transient specs ensure that brief exposure to ambient heat won’t compromise efficacy. For product-specific storage or transient temperature specifications—or any questions about your order—please email customerservice@amconlabs.com or call 800-255-6161.

This error can occur when connecting to the secure credit card payment portal during checkout. The payment system requires your computer’s clock to be accurate, and if your device’s date and time are even slightly off (sometimes just by a minute), the request will error out.

How to fix it

On Windows:

1. Open Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time
2. Turn on Set time automatically
3. Turn on Set time zone automatically
4. Refresh the checkout page and try again

On Mac:

1. Go to the Apple menu > System Settings (or System Preferences)
2. Select General > Date & Time
3. Turn on Set time and date automatically
4. Refresh the checkout page and try again

If the issue continues

Try completing the payment on another device (such as a different computer or tablet), since the time settings may already be correct there.

Amcon customers can easily track an order once it has shipped. Tracking details are available online and through shipment confirmation emails.

Track an Order Online

For orders placed through the Amcon website:

1. Log in to the Amcon account associated with the purchase.
2. Navigate to My Amcon → Orders → Order History.
3. Select the applicable order number.
4. Review the shipment details and tracking number (if the order has shipped).
5. Select the tracking number to view carrier delivery updates.

Tracking information is generated once the shipment leaves the warehouse and is scanned by the carrier. Carrier updates may take several hours to appear.

Track Using the Shipping Confirmation Email

After an order ships, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address on file. The email includes:

• Order number
• Shipped items
• Shipping method
• Carrier name
• Tracking number

Selecting the tracking link directs to the carrier’s website for real-time delivery status.

Phone Orders or Sales Representative Orders

For orders placed by phone or through an Amcon Sales Representative:

• Tracking may still be available in the online account (if linked).
• Amcon can provide shipment details at 1-800-255-6161.

Having the order number available will help expedite assistance.

Important Notes

• Tracking numbers are issued only after shipment.
• Backordered items may ship separately and will have individual tracking numbers.
• Custom or imprinted products may require additional processing time prior to shipment.
• If tracking details do not update within 24 hours of shipment confirmation, contact your Amcon Representative for assistance.

Shipping Included pricing means the listed product price already includes the cost of standard ground shipping for qualifying items.

When the Shipping Included option is selected:

• The shipping cost is built directly into the item price
• No separate freight charge appears for that item at checkout
• The total reflects one clear, all-in delivered price

This program is designed to provide transparent, predictable costs for our customers.

• Standard ground shipping is included in the displayed item price
• No separate freight charge appears for those qualifying items
• The price reflects the full landed cost upfront
