Is Shipping Included the Same as Free Shipping?

Shipping Included pricing is not the same as free shipping.

With Shipping Included pricing, the cost of standard ground shipping is built into the qualifying item’s price. This provides one clear, all-in cost instead of adding freight as a separate line at checkout.

Shipping Included is an optional pricing selection available for eligible products and accounts.

When selected:

• Standard ground shipping is included in the displayed item price
• No separate freight charge appears for those qualifying items
• The price reflects the full landed cost upfront

Important Limitations

• Only items marked as Shipping Included qualify
• Only select units of measure (such as case quantities) may be eligible
• Expedited shipping is not included
• Valid only within the contiguous 48 United States
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations are excluded
• Special orders and special pricing are not eligible

If an order contains both qualifying and non-qualifying items, freight charges may still apply to the non-eligible products.
