How to Track an Order from Amcon

Amcon customers can easily track an order once it has shipped. Tracking details are available online and through shipment confirmation emails.


Track an Order Online

For orders placed through the Amcon website:

  1. Log in to the Amcon account associated with the purchase.
  2. Navigate to My Amcon → Orders → Order History.
  3. Select the applicable order number.
  4. Review the shipment details and tracking number (if the order has shipped).
  5. Select the tracking number to view carrier delivery updates.

Tracking information is generated once the shipment leaves the warehouse and is scanned by the carrier. Carrier updates may take several hours to appear.


Track Using the Shipping Confirmation Email

After an order ships, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address on file. The email includes:

  • Order number
  • Shipped items
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number

Selecting the tracking link directs to the carrier’s website for real-time delivery status.


Phone Orders or Sales Representative Orders

For orders placed by phone or through an Amcon Sales Representative:

  • Tracking may still be available in the online account (if linked).
  • Amcon can provide shipment details at 1-800-255-6161.

Having the order number available will help expedite assistance.


Important Notes

  • Tracking numbers are issued only after shipment.
  • Backordered items may ship separately and will have individual tracking numbers.
  • Custom or imprinted products may require additional processing time prior to shipment.
  • If tracking details do not update within 24 hours of shipment confirmation, contact your Amcon Representative for assistance.
