The VIVA Dry Eye Compress offers an easy-to-use solution for relieving symptoms of dry eye, blepharitis, styes, and related conditions. Follow these steps for safe and effective use:
Preparation: Place the compress on a clean, microwave-safe plate.
Heating: Microwave the compress for 20 seconds. If additional heat is desired, continue in 5-second increments, ensuring the total heating time does not exceed 30 seconds.
Temperature Check: Always perform a touch test by placing the compress against the inside of your wrist to ensure it's comfortably warm and not too hot.
Application: Position the compress over closed eyes for 10–15 minutes. For optimal comfort, use while reclined. The adjustable strap can be used to secure the mask, but avoid tightening it excessively to prevent pressure on the eyes. Alternatively, the compress can be used without the strap.
Frequency: Use once daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Care Instructions: The compress is reusable and can be gently cleaned with mild soap and water. Ensure it is completely dry before the next use.
