Understand the return and exchange policies for Amcon's optical supplies and eyecare products.

Please contact our Customer Solutions Department at 800-397-0012 and provide:

  • your Amcon customer number
  • order number (listed on the top right-hand corner of the packing list)
  • contact information
  • details about the problem

The Customer Solutions will return your call and let you know how to proceed. Do not return any products to Amcon without a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Items returned without an RMA number may not receive credit.

We want your experience with Amcon to be hassle free, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may contact our sales department at 1-800-255-6161 and request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a case to be created with our customer service team.

What are the exceptions to Amcon’s return policy?

  • We cannot accept any returns on pharmaceuticals
  • Flat Packs are non-returnable if the seal is broken.
  • Any personalized (imprinted) orders
  • Special ordered items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Any purchases made outside of the 30-day return policy window

After receiving an approved RMA number, place the item/items securely in its original packaging. Along with the invoice or packing slip and mail your return to the following address:
