    Amcon offers a comprehensive range of contact lens inserters and removers tailored to various lens types and patient needs.

    Hard / Rigid Gas Permeable (RGP) Inserters / Removers:

    • The Royal Remover Contact Lens Inserter/Remover: Latex-free, white, with a suction cup mounted perpendicular to the handle. Available in boxes of 10 (JJ-6410) or individually on an OptiPRO™ retail hang tag (OP-6200).
    • DMV Magic Touch Contact Lens Inserter/Remover (JK-6440): Features a 20° angled suction cup with a ventilation hole for enhanced suction power. Sold in boxes of 10.
    • DMV Ultra RGP Contact Lens Inserter/Remover (JI-6400AQ - Aqua|JI-6400LA - Lavender|JI-6400LG - Light Green|JI-6400OR - Orange): Suction cup mounted perpendicular to the handle. Available in four colors. Sold in boxes of 10.
    • DMV 45 Contact Lens Inserter/Remover (JL-6445): Suction cup angled at 45° for improved viewing of the contact lens and cornea. Sold in boxes of 10.

    Soft Lens Inserters / Removers:

    • Softsert™ (JW-6361): Designed for easier and more sanitary application of soft, hybrid, and GP scleral lenses. Fits on the end of the finger with a side-mounted suction cup.
    • Lens-Eze® by Amcon: Features a vented inserter on one end and a tweezer-like remover on the other. Available individually (JM-6450) or on an OptiPRO™ retail hang tag (OP-6250).
    • DMV Soft Contact Lens Inserter/Remover (JN-6451- Assorted Color): Flat inserter surface at one end and a tweezer-like remover at the other, allowing direct removal from the cornea.
    • Soft Sert Plus (JW-6460): Flat tweezer-like end suitable for inserting and removing soft lenses.

    Artificial Eye Inserters / Removers:

    • Scleral Contact Lens Inserter/Remover (JI-6402): Industry standard for scleral lens handling, with a suction cup that securely grasps the prosthetic eye for insertion, removal, and centering functions.

    Both designs feature a dual-seal cap to prevent leakage and a reinforced hinge to reduce tearing. The primary difference lies in the interior design of the wells:

    • Ribbed Well Flat Packs: These have a raised star pattern at the bottom of the well, facilitating easier removal of contact lenses. They are available in eight solid colors or a mix of all eight colors. This design is the most popular choice among customers.

    • Smooth Well Flat Packs: Featuring a smooth, even well, these are available in three solid colors or a mix of all three colors.

    There is no price difference between the Ribbed Well and Smooth Well Flat Packs.
