Appointment Reminder Cards
Reminder cards promote repeat business and help minimize missed appointments. In addition to your practice information, the card features a pre-printed area for staff to fill in patient name, appointment day, date, and time. Card size: 3.5” x 2” (standard business card).
Black ink only on white card stock. One side imprint. No set up fee for type only cards. Imprints with a logo incur a one time $25.00 set-up fee. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from time of proof approval.
Please allow 3 - 4 weeks on imprint orders. All imprinted products require a 3 week lead time. All first-time orders or reorders of over a year old must be approved by the customer before Amcon can process the order.
