Eyeglass Case Labels

Your practice information will be imprinted on each adhesive label. Labels feature an area for patients to write their name and phone number in indelible ink for return if lost.   An economical way to encourage repeat business, practice recognition, and provide a service to your patients. Label size: 2.5” x 1.5”. Choose from clear or white labels. Black ink only. No set up fee for type only labels. Imprints with logos incur a one time $25.00 set-up fee. 18 labels per 8.5” x11” sheet. 25 sheets per pack (450 labels). Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from time of proof approval.

Please allow 3 - 4 weeks on imprint orders. All imprinted products require a 3 week lead time. All first-time orders or reorders of over a year old must be approved by the customer before Amcon can process the order.
